About Me

I've been baking all my life, some of my earliest childhood memories are baking with my mum and getting to lick the spoon!  Nothing makes me happier than creating something yummy to make someone happy.  I've had a pretty varied career but my passions have always laid with both art and food so cake decorating was a natural path to follow.  I trained professionally in cake decoration in 2007 in the UK graduating with distinctions.  Since then I've baked many wedding, birthday and other celebration cakes as well as being commissioned by one of the most prestigious restaurants in the north of England.

I only use the best ingredients and I buy locally and organically wherever possible whilst always ensuring the best price for the customer.
